CircWave analyses independent circadian data (ie, one individual contributes one data point). Typically such data sets are produced in circadian brain research where techniques such as micro array chips, in situ hybridisations, immunocytochemistry, northern, western, and soutern blots, etc...are used. Download the zip file by double clicking "CircWave V1.4" above, unpack, and execute the CircWave.exe without installing. Read the CircWave.doc file for detailed info and guidelines.
